Exchanges & Refunds
CANCELLATION Once your order has been confirmed, we do not allow cancellations. If you wish to exchange a product in your order, it must be of equal or greater value and your order must not have been processed yet.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive a defective product or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number and photos/videos of the item. We will cover the shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect items and will replace or refund them at our discretion.
To receive a replacement or refund, all returns must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that returns received in unsatisfactory condition will not be accepted and will be the responsibility of the buyer. For fragile items, please ensure they are packed securely and safely to avoid damage during transit.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE If you wish to exchange a product that you have received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for an SGD8 shipping fee for product exchanges.
LATE RETURNS & EXCHANGES If more than 7 days have passed since you received your package, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
